Tom Hart has been in real estate construction and management in each of the last 5 decades. Tom has an AA Degree in Real Estate and has sold or still owns commercial and residential properties across the country. Michele McAfee Glowth is a full time Broker Associate with five years experience in residential real estate serving the Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Ft. Pierce markets where she is a 5th Generation resident. Kelli Mintzer is originally from Troy, NY, but has been a Vero Beach resident for the past 13 years. She received an A.S. degree in Business Administration & Management along with Marketing Management from Indian River Community College. Michael Vanatta Mr. Vanatta spent 10 years as a project manager for WCI, a major real estate development firm. His duties started at concept, to design, engineering, permitting, construction, maintenance, sales and leasing. Mr. Vanatta was relocated to the Vero Beach area by WCI to assume the position of Director of Development at Bermuda Bay in Indian River Shores.
